On a night where football followers
witnessed a shocking incident at the end of extra time,
Tayport won the match which was relatively free of incident.
A late goal in the second period of extra time sealed yet
another trophy for the Tayport trophy room. Violet had taken the lead in the
second half
with a goal from Jones, which was cancelled out late in the same period by
Jonathan Mitchell.
